We are particular about what we serve for our customers, such as black tiger prawns with a tender texture, juicy pork cutlet inside a crispy sleeve, original spicy fried chicken. We cook all at every restaurant every day.
Our flagship menu is "Katsu toji don (pork and fluffy egg with rice)". We are proud of soup from dried bonito flakes, which provides full of pleasing flavor and "umami".
